Tough Times

I was surfing the net and came across this and thought it may provide some us with a frame work..or at the very least sow a seed or two

Here are some tips that will help you in tough times:

  • Pull your horns in if you have cash flow problems and stop spending!
  • Give yourself an honesty audit – get real – know exactly what you are dealing with!
  • Gather up all your facts -  fear builds up on not having all the information!
  • Process all the facts – especially the ones you’d rather not look at.
  • Identify what’s the worst that could happen? Take immediate action to improve on the worst.
  • Be an open communicator.
  • Keep communicating – silence breeds fear, insecurity and creates low morale and panic.
  • Work your socks off to improve on the identified worst outcome.
  • Accept each stage you are at.
  • Never give up.

What has this got to do with Anger?

Well...my stress levels rise when I worry about my finances and indeed most things can trigger Anger...its knowing how and when  to express it appropriately.
